Why can't I reset my Scrum.org member account password?

Occasionally Scrum.org notification emails are caught in a spam filter due to network security or firewall settings, so we suggest adding info@scrum.org and support@scrum.org to your email client’s friendly contacts and safe-senders list in order to receive important communications from us.

Please ensure you are entering the correct username. Your username is the email address you used to register for the account, with all characters included (as in example@scrum.org). You should be able to log in using the password you specified at the time you created your account.

If you do not remember your password, please click the “Forgot Password” button on the member login screen, and enter your username (again, your username is the email address you used to register for the account).
