Why can't I reset my Scrum.org member account password?

Occasionally Scrum.org notification emails are caught in a spam filter due to network security or firewall settings, so we suggest adding info@scrum.org and support@scrum.org to your email client’s friendly contacts and safe-senders list in order to receive important communications from us.

Please ensure you are entering the correct username. Your username is the email address you used to register for the account, with all characters included (as in example@scrum.org). You should be able to log in using the password you specified at the time you created your account.

If you do not remember your password, please click the “Forgot Password” button on the member login screen, and enter your username (again, your username is the email address you used to register for the account). If you do not receive a password within a few minutes, you may not have registered for a Scrum.org member account, or you may have registered with a different email address/username. You can register for an account here.

When registering for an account or changing your password, please note that your password must be at least 7+ characters in length. Please also be sure to use characters in the standard ASCII set (0-9, a-z, *, etc). Special characters (such as ê ß ® §, etc.) will not be recognized by our system. If it does not meet that minimum criteria, you will encounter an error message, and your password will remain unchanged.
