If the above conditions are met, to proceed with the refund, please send the following information to email@example.com:
- The Order ID # for the unused password or the unused assessment password itself.
- If the order was placed from a different email address, it would be helpful to include the email address that was used to place the order.
Once initiated on our end, the refund may take a few business days to process before it is reflected in the associated account. We are not accountable for any transaction fees incurred by your bank or credit card, nor any difference in the exchange rate between the date of purchase and the date the refund is issued.
